Dairy:
- Broughton Farm Operations, LLC is a fifth generation dairy located near Silver Springs, New York. This multi-family business milks 1,800 Holsteins and farms 3,500 acres in Wyoming County.
- Noblehurst Farms Inc. operates a 1,500 cow dairy farm with over 2,000 acres of corn, alfalfa and wheat ground near Linwood, NY. This sixth generation farm also has stake in a commodity purchasing business that sources farm inputs throughout the Northeast, and owns Linwood Management Group, a herd management company that provides contract services to dairies in New York and Wisconsin.
- Southview Farms has been in business since 1964 and currently milks 1,400 cows in Wyoming County, NY. Additionally, this business farms over 2,000 acres of corn and alfalfa.
- Dairylea Cooperative - the largest milk cooperative in the Northeast, with over 2,500 dairy farm members. Dairylea markets over 5.5 billion pounds of raw milk on an annual basis.
- Gary Swede Farms Inc. of Pavilion, NY is a cash crop operation with 3,000 acres of sweet corn, peas, dry beans, and forages. They provide custom harvesting of sweet corn for a processing vegetables business and forages for local dairy farms.
- L-Brooke Farms is a family-owned processing vegetable and grain farm with over 7,000 acres near Byron, NY. Production consists primarily of sweet corn, peas, red beets, and carrots for the frozen food market, as well as corn, wheat, soybeans, and forage for local dairy operations.
- R.L. Jeffres & Sons is a large cash crop operation based in Wyoming, NY. Currently, they manage approximately 7,800 acres of cropland; growing feed for dairies, vegetables and organic crops.
- Craig Buckhout - principal in Agri-Invest, a joint venture between Disciplined Capital Management and Dairylea that provides investment management services for the financial security of agribusinesses and their employees.
- Tom Morris - President of Thomas D. Morris Inc., one of the largest independently owned companies providing research-grade animals to the bio-medical community. TDM has earned full accreditation from the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International (AAALAC).
