John Noble – President and CEO

John Noble is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergy, LLC. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics at Cornell University in 1976 and was a member of the first LEAD NY class. John also serves as President of Noblehurst Farms Inc., and has over 30 years of experience in the dairy production sector. John is also an employee of Linwood Management Group, LLC, a company with herd management responsibilities for over 8,500 cows on farms located primarily in western New York. John serves on a number of boards and organizations; most notably on the Cornell University Board of Trustees, the New York State Agricultural Society, and the Board of Erie-Niagara Insurance Cooperative.

John Rudgers – Farm Manager

John Rudgers is the Farm Manager for Synergy, LLC. As an employee of Linwood Management Group, John has primary responsibility for the general management of Synergy's farm and dairy operations. John comes to this project after managing medium sized dairies in both New York and Wisconsin, both on a short term and longer term basis. A graduate of Cornell University majoring in animal science, John is extensively experienced in dairy herd health and nutrition management.

Sarah Noble-Moag – Human Resources Coordinator

Sarah serves as the human resources coordinator for Synergy, LLC. In tandem with Linwood Management Group, she is able to coordinate staffing, employee benefits, and recruitment. Sarah is a graduate of Cornell University, majoring in Economics and is also a graduate of LEAD New York.
