John Noble – President and CEO

John Noble is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergy, LLC. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics at Cornell University in 1976 and was a member of the first LEAD NY class. John also serves as President of Noblehurst Farms Inc., and has over 25 years of experience in the dairy production sector.

John is also an employee of Linwood Management Group, LLC, a company with herd management responsibilities for over 15,000 cows on farms located in New York and Wisconsin.

John serves on a number of boards and organizations; most notably on the Cornell University Board of Trustees, the New York State Agricultural Society, and the Board of Erie-Niagara Insurance Cooperative.

Jim Vincent – CFO

Jim is the Chief Financial Officer of Synergy, LLC. Jim is a 1960 graduate of Alfred Ag College, and was also a member of the first LEAD NY class. Jim also serves as President of L-Brooke Farms, and has an established track record of developing successful alliances with like-minded businesses and producers.

Jim is active in many organizations, serving as Director of Wyoming County Bank, Chair of the New York Advisory Council on Agriculture, and as a member of the Advisory Council for Cornell University.

Sarah Noble-Moag – Human Resources Coordinator

Sarah serves as the human resources coordinator for Synergy, LLC. In tandem with Linwood Management Group, she is able to coordinate staffing, employee benefits, and recruitment.
